At The Heron’s Cove Bed and Breakfast we work to ensure our guests enjoy their stay in Goleen.
Our rooms are well equipped with the following room facilities:

Cancellation Policy
Please let us know immediately if you are not coming to take up your reservation or are leaving early.
We are a very small business and need time to re-let rooms.
If you don’t let us know that you are cancelling, a 100% charge will be made.
The Heron’s Cove is a non-smoking property. No pets allowed.
Check In and Out
Check-in is from 5pm – 6pm. Please call if you are going to be after 6pm.
Please make prior arrangements for any other time.
Checkout time the morning of departure is 11 a.m.

The Heron’s Cove Breakfast Menu
Full Irish Breakfast is served in the Restaurant between 9am and 10am. We can arrange a Continental Breakfast for you, if you have to leave early, so that you can have breakfast as early as you need it. Our breakfast is simply whatever you would like us to cook for you.
We have A Granola and Blueberry Yogurt glass followed by Traditional Irish Breakfast – as full as you like. Choose from West Cork Smoked Bacon, Handmade Sausages, Clonakilty Black and White Pudding, Tomatoes, Irish Mushrooms and Irish Hash Browns. Murphy’s Upton free range Eggs can be boiled, fried, poached, scrambled or made into an omelette with Ballineen Cheddar, Gubbeen or Durrus Cheese. Or perhaps you would like a cheese plate with Irish Farmhouse Cheeses. If the breakfast that you prefer is something else, we can cook that too. Our homemade Brown Soda Bread, Brown or White Toast, Bandon Creamery Butter, Irene’s Marmalade, Local Honey and Homemade Jams are there for you.
